Buffalo Wild Wings & Sprinker System at Football Stadium
I have never been to this restaurant (Buffalo Wild Wings) but I hear their food is fabulous. Well this commercial made me laugh - there are people sitting in the bar eating wings and one of the guys says we should send this game into overtime I'm not ready to leave yet. So the bartender contacts the landscaper at the stadium for the football game that is on the tvs at the bar and he starts pushing buttons tripping up players on the field with pop up sprinklers. Best part: right at the end when the kicker is about to kick the winning field goal and the sprinkler pops up from the ground and shoots him in the eye with water. I was rolling! Definitely a clever commercial and one that I will not forget!

Ok for starters this commercial is NOT funny. You can absolutely tell someone who has never played football came up with the concept. In fact this commercial angers me to no end because the scenario is physically impossible. And I'm not talking about the sprinklers- that farce is obvious. What I'm referring to is the touchdown to put the game into overtime. Impossible. Because following a touchdown is always a thing referred to as an extra point. This is not a field goal either. A field goal is 3 points and an extra point is just that, a point. Therefore by scoring the TD this team either tied the game and has the opportunity to win via the extra point or they were down by 1 and the extra point put the game into overtime. BWW's ad agency is stupid for overlooking this. Especially given the fact that sports fans are fanatical about things like accuracy. It makes BWW look very dumbass to their core demo.

Hey I thougt that too, but look real close. The "feild goal for the win" is actually in OT (27-27). They assume the extar point was made. You just never see that. It sure looks like soem woman wrote the commerical unless see see the OT for a slpit second
