Volkswagen Commercial: The Force

My favorite commercial is Volkswagen Commercial: The Force that aired during the Super Bowl. I grew up loving Star Wars more than VW cars. I also have a houseful of sons who love Star Wars. They like to pretend to be Jedi and Scythe Lords. They even try attaching objects to hard-to-see strings to make objects appear to move with the force. Therefore, I can relate to a person with a child dressed as Darth Vader attempting to use the force on objects throughout the house. The best part, however, is that he failed to get anything to move or do anything until his dad turns on the car using the remote. The child thinks that he finally got the force to work for him and is totally surprised.

If you'd like to see the commercial on Youtube, here's the link:

This is an awesome commercial. It is on the same line as the crying baby in the backseat of the car. When the car drives the baby stops crying. While the car stops at a red light, the baby starts crying again. I think that was a Volkswagen commercial as well. The maker of these commercials must have kids.

My kids acts the same way in the backseat when they were babies. Now that they are toddlers, I see them run around the house with their Iron Man mask. They are just like the kids in these commercials.
