The key to being successful and selling items on Craigslist is to be patient and precise. When selling an item it is best to ask yourself a few questions. Those questions can be ...

"What do I want for the item?"

"What category should it be in?"

When doing that it is also helpful to include a picture of the item for better feedback on the item. The better the picture the better the response, and better chance for you to sell the item.

Have a price in mind and stick to that figure. Only you can decide what you want for an unused item. Be clear in describing the item and be detailed in the description of the item.

Once you have completed these tasks you are well on your way to making some good money on unused items!
