A real transformer building

I wonder whether there will be a real Transformer after seeing the Transformers movie and cartoon. I was a big fan of the Transformers cartoon, huge robots transforming itself into sports car, truck or a fighter plane. This idea has been used in building architecture now and it is called as Prada Transformer in South Korea. This is a shape shifting building and shifts its shape to accommodate different events. For example it can become a theatre to show movies with seats formed out of the floor or it can shift to become an event hosting venue by rotating the building using the help of cranes. This remembers me of rotating dices in casino. The structure is created for hosting range of events like fashion, cinema and art. The main advantage I can think of is the time it takes to arrange the building for different events will be less as it's easy to rotate using cranes. The only disadvantage is to have few heavy lifting cranes all the time near the transformer. Someone will soon bring in a new version of transformer which can shift itself automatically without using cranes and by the way the walls can also be changed to solar energy cells to help conserve green energy.
